Details of the type of personal information requested

The fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the Site contact and newsletter registration forms are compulsory and strictly necessary to enable us to process the request for information. If you do not fill in the fields marked with an asterisk (*), we will not be able to process your request.

Clarification of personal data retention periods

We keep personal data for no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, and in any event may not be kept :

  • more than thirty (30) days from the exercise of your rights, and in particular from the request for deletion or transfer of your personal data,
  • more than three (3) years beyond the commercial relationship with you for personal data and a maximum of three (3) years from your last contact; at the end of these periods, your personal data will be deleted.
